Sanxing is a brand that aims to educate and encourage the celebration of Chinese New Year by providing subscription packages in which the contents are informational, aesthetically pleasing, and enjoyable.
Many people, especially in countries other than Asia, do not recognize, celebrate, or even understand what Chinese New Year is. By informing people on a previously unknown topic, it is possible to provide understanding and empathy and thus potentially reduce discrimination and xenophobia.
Our brand is named after the Sanxing, or the gods of the three stars or constellations considered essential in Chinese astrology/mythology: Jupiter, Ursa Major, and Canopus; Fú (Fortune), Lù (Prosperity), and Shòu (Longevity).
